Summary

Diagnosis and treatment of the injured ACL represents the most topical problem of the modern traumatology, since about 30% of the all injuries concerns of the knee joint. Extensive and complicated lesions of the stabilizers of the knee requires the surgical repair, especially among young population and in athletes. A lot of the minor degree instabilities of the knee (isolated and partial lesions) are qualified to conservative treatment. This treatment still in properly qualified cases results with the benefit to the patients.
