Summary

Important problem patients with spinal cord injury are erection dysfunction and infertility. The most frequent methods of sexual dysfunction treatment are described. The use of vibrator and elektroejaculation enables collection of semen in most of the patients with spinal cord injury. Utilisation of modern insemination methods provides most couples with the chance to produce offspring even in cases of poor semen quality.
