Summary

Quality of life has become new category in science and is gradually attracting interest in medicine. The author attempts to answer if the research on the quality of life could be useful in evaluation of rehabilitation effectiveness. Selection of valuable methods for quality of life assessment and the results of studies on improvement of life quality influenced by rehabilitation are presented.
